The Job

We’re after a results-orientated individual to take our digital marketing channels and drive conversions.

The ideal candidate will expand the company’s brand presence by finding the right target audience to market to, creating awesome content and campaigns that will just leave the end-users wanting to come to our events.

With great content to utilise, including 1000s of images and 1000s of hours of video content, there’s a lot for the right candidate to use to drive sales.

You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. 

It may be you also work with an agency managing social media adverts, where this would be really working up a well thought out strategy where we’re after not just “buy buy buy” ads, but we’re wanting to now mix it up, and have cool creatives for brand awareness, but you’d need to create those assets to use.

We are also after a more hands-on candidate, who can create ads and content themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
  • Develop and manage website content
  • Find and target audiences
  • Be fully capable of running Facebook adverts/campaigns
  • Be capable of managing “everything Google” – SEM/Adwords etc.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Content creation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Previous background

We are after someone who can show they’ve previously achieved results. The type of language we like to see includes “increase ROI by x%”, increased website traffic by “x%” and so forth.

If you can also say “I can create gifs”, “I know how to edit videos”, “I’ve used platforms like UpWork to hire freelancers to create my assets before”, that’ll all help in your favour.

We are also interested in hearing from freelancers, but we’re not interested in hearing from any

marketing agencies.¬†Although we don’t mind if you’re a marketeer wanting to transition from an agency to a company.
